Our offices continue to be committed to our client's well-being and safety as well as our staff. We are currently operating with limited in-person appointments. In order for our staff to adequately clean to CDC standards, we may require 10-20 minutes between appointments thus limiting the availability of the desired appointment times.
We will continue to adhere to social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC. All clients who attend in-person services must complete the COVID-19 Face to Face informed consent and are required to have a mask on before entering the facility. Clients are required to wear a mask at all times in our offices. All clients will have their temperature taken prior to appointment and those with 100 or higher will need to reschedule. All clients are also required to wash their hands before entering any therapy office. If you do not have a mask we can provide one to you, with prior notice. We ask that you do not bring additional persons not attending therapy due to the continued need for social distancing.
Telehealth services are always an option as long as a client's insurance provides coverage. As a reminder, not all insurance plans will cover telehealth and some may require additional credentialing. If you would like more information about what your insurance provides, please contact them directly.
If telehealth services are not covered then these sessions will be at the expense of clients. As a reminder telehealth is not a good fit for all clients and ages.
